 But God is so rich in mercy, and he loved us so much, that even though we were dead because of our sins, he gave us life when he raised Christ from the dead. (It is only by God’s grace that you have been saved!) Ephesians 2:4-5


I'm Firn Sadler, a disciple whom Jesus loves.

A twentysomething South African, I live on a tiny house on the hillside of our family farm with my husband and far more animals than is really necessary. I'm passionate about empathy and inept at dressage, and honoured to be here.

I run a little stableyard of kiddos and liveries as a labour of love, and writing pays our bills.

God is my Father, and my Beloved, and every step on this journey - in horses and in life - is a glorious blessing.

God is good.
